- Loan Size: $1MM up to $50MM
- Pricing: Rates will be based on the Prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal and will depend on the situation, prepayment penalty, loan term, front and backend points (exit fees) and level of risk, however interest rates will typically begin at 9.99%
- Loan Terms: 6 months to 36 months
- Amortization: Interest only. In some cases a principal paydown may be required or allowed depending on circumstance.
- Property Types: Property Types: All property types will be considered, however the majority of the loan requests will be secured by office buildings, retail centers, multifamily buildings, hotels and motels, warehouses and restaurants
- Guarantor: Full recourse required on most loans. Non-recourse will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Loan to Value: up to 75% on purchases and 70% on refinances. LTV's will be determined based on appraised value, pre-leasing, equity, takeout financing and risk level of the project
